Programs that only require transcript from degree-granting institution

Hello!
I have attended several undergraduate schools and transcripts can be expensive, when added up. I am looking for a graduate/certificate program that is to boost application strength (not to complete prerequisites) that will not require official transcripts from all schools attended and only from the degree-granting institution. I don't mind if I have to submit official transcripts once admission is granted. I am just trying to avoid having to submit official transcripts to every program I apply before knowing if I am admitted.
