I'm kind of foggy from studying all day but was thinking back to my bio and wanted to make sure:

Gyrase, Helicase, and Okazaki fragments aren't just unique to eukaryotes; prokaryotes have them too right?

Yes. There are some minor differences, such as okazaki being longer in prokaryotes. But no need to know that.
