Emergency Medicine 100% Personality Match
Radiology - Radiation Oncology 90% Personality Match
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 90% Personality Match
I feel pretty good about the first 2 not so much the thrid one. haha
You must have hit hard on "lifestyle" answers (interests outside of medicine, wanting a high salary, lots of independence, etc.). If you haven't looked much into PM&R, you should. Pretty dope specialty.
The problem for me is that for many of those questions is depends or sometimes. "How is your manual dexterity?" Answer: depends on what I have to do. Same answer for "do you like working with your hands?". This survey would be so much easier to answer if they presented a concrete problem and asked me what I thought and how I would solve it in a multiple choice format.I think one reason so many people are surprised by the results they are getting is because they might not be taking the assessment properly. I used to be a certified Gallup strengths coach, and ran weekend retreats on personality assessments (MBTI and Strengths Finder). You aren't supposed to ever choose a "middle" score. It should only ever be 10 or 0, nothing else. Anything in-between zeros out your response, or leads to fuzzy results.
It's also why people get their top results in the low 80's or high 70's, or have every result in the 90's.
Take it again and only choose 10 or 0 on the questions and you'll understand your results better because they will be an accurate reflection of your personality.
Btw: 90% hem-onc and 90% ER, 89% Ob-Gyn. I can live with all of those (and they so happen to be the specialties I'm most interested in!).

Maybe I am just a wrong person to answer these questions or I am overthinking it but honestly I don't know. Unless you ask me about a specific task, I have no clue if I like "working with my hands" or either I am good at it.Approach it as an "in general" scenario--regardless of what task you are doing, "in general" how would you rate your manual dexterity, "in general" do you like working with your hands, and so on.
It's actually a great format for assessments like this because it forces you to answer intuitively, and, hopefully, most accurately.
See didymus's advice above, and you should get clearer results.Allergy and Immunology-76% Personality Match

@didymus I took the survey again with your method, but the results were not what I expected. My high scores were mostly medical specialties, but I love surgery.
medical oncology and peds -- 100% tie (using didymus' method), soooo pediatric oncology?

Despite your confidence in your methods it seems they are flawed, as hem-onc and ER/OB are about as far as you can get in personality typesI think one reason so many people are surprised by the results they are getting is because they might not be taking the assessment properly. I mean that's just the result of his responses. I think the point was that if you enter anything in besides 0 or 10, you can't expect the quiz to give you the most informative answer (correct me if wrong)Despite your confidence in your methods it seems they are flawed, as hem-onc and ER/OB are about as far as you can get in personality types

Nah, I put 10's on long hours and I would accept interruptions. I think it gave medical because of taking care of people, interest in basic medical science, and wanting to know everything about medicine.Maybe it could be showing you that you would not, in fact, enjoy what is traditionally understood as the life and job of a surgeon?
That Muhammad Ali quote.I don't think I completely agree with the results. No way in hell I would do Radiology.
Radiology, Ortho, Neurosurgery, GI and Urology. In this order.
I always thought of myself as an EM or a general surgery type of a guy.
