strategy for multiple-response questions?

How should we choose a not-sure answer in a multiple-response question? Choose it at the risk that it is a wrong answer and lose all the credit? or DO NOT choose it hoping that we could get a partial credit? Will naplex give partial credits? If so, how it works? Thanks!
