Anyone have any advice on a really good resource/strategies for learning ED orthopedics? I find this area really challenging and orthobullets/wheeles is so oriented towards surgery.

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Tolerances: an Orthopeadic reference manual (Scott Nelson MD and Montri Wongworawat MD) is a great concise book that I recommend you have in your pocket. This book serves as a guideline for surgical indications vs reduction/splint and send home ect. It is well worth 10 bucks (amazon) IMHO.

Check a standard ED text like Tintinalli's or Rosen. Its a good place to start.
