Blog by an ID doc. He's also got two books called "the pus whisperer" that are essentially his blog in book for. He didn't have them go through an editor so they have typos and stuff but are only a dollar or so online.

Good luck. I actually worked on the site a bit at my old job, so it's always cool to find people that are interested in it.

Mods/med students/residents/attendings, please feel free to spread this around your institution as you see fit. It was designed as an educational tool and I know people that worked REALLY hard to make it a good resource for medical students. The cases are pretty baller.
