- Volunteer at hospital for 1 year (approximately 200 hours)
- Medical Mission trip (alternative spring break) for a week to Trinidad
- Volunteered at Hospital in Bangladesh when I visited for 2 months (approximately 100 hours)
- Medical Scribe for 1 year (approximately 400 hours)
Research Experience
Research for 2 years
Research at a biomedical device company where I researched neuromodulation and brain stimulation technology (non-invasive electrical stimulation, tCDS devices)
I Automated MRI scan segmentation, performed manual correction for tissue mask generation, did electrode placement, FEM mesh generation and Numerical FEM computation.
I have 2 publications
Shadowing Experience
Shadowed a cardiologist in the summer (50 hours)
Shadowed an Internal Medicine D.O. (50 hours)
Non-clinical Volunteering
Tutor for international students who cannot speak English, at this middle school for the past 2 years
Currently a Crisis Text Line Volunteer (will have 200 hours by next year)
Volunteered at civil society foundation in Bangladesh for 2 months (50 hours)

- I have been a private tutor the past 6 years (I tutor students ages 4 all the way to 13) in Math, English, Science and History
- Mentor for freshman and sophomores at my school’s pre-health club
