Misspelling.

funny - spelling is a pet peeve of mine! Seriously, in CA there are lots of reasons (lots of exceptions too!). Schedule II's can never be refilled (hmmm-always an exception...if filled partially for a hospice pt - it can be refilled up to the original qty) But, for the most part - no refills on CII. CIII-V, up to 5 times. However, I have denied refills for a variety of reasons - too frequent for dosing instructions (if the instructions have changed, I'll call for a new Rx) otherwise - no refill. If I think the original Rx was fradulent or if it appears the refills have been marked after the Rx was written, I'll not refill it. If the Rx is more than 6 months old, all refills are void....hope that helps!
