What references do you use to find which type of syringe to inject certain drugs

Any particular reference accessible in most community pharmacies? Or do I need to make a cheat sheet? I can never remember the size needles for injectables. (Heparin subQ injections, testosterone, etc..)

For the drugs dispensed in a retail setting, I'd say it has more to do with the route of administration, versus the particular drug. For example, drugs given intramuscularly generally require a 1½ inch needle, and subcutaneous injections maybe a ½ to 5/8 inch needle.
