Wreb operative part require two different restoration procedure.

I donot want to do gold restoration.

can I choose to do class II amalgam and class II composite restoration for Wreb operative part?

or I can only do classII amalgam and class III composite restoration?

You have to do two separate procedures. They count Ag and composite as separate even if they are both class II lesions. You will be able to do a class II in composite and one in Ag. This is what I did for the exam.
