Davis Statement of Intent To Register

Does anyone know if the form they send you with the acceptance an acklowedgement so they know whether or not you want to hold that spot, or do they actually want you to make a decision about whether or not you will be attending Davis within 4 weeks? Thanks.

The acceptance letter will also contain an intent to register form, that you mail back to the admissions office.
