When you are looking at a patient's chart in an EMR, is the patient's history of vaccines pretty straightforward to you? Or do you need to spend 5 minutes or more calculating what vaccines they have received (ie to avoid counting duplicates, ect)?

Will you take one of the COVD vaccines as soon as it is available, wait a while, not take at all?

So was just curious in uworld they have the injection vaccine for influenza as a subunit but everywhere else the vaccine is killed. Am I missing something here?
