I asked my attending on a sub-I to write a letter of recommendation for me, which she readily agreed to. However, she also stated that since she was a newer faculty member and I worked with a more well-known member of the faculty, that she could "co-write" a letter for me with the other faculty member. The other faculty member has agreed to this as well. Is this crazy? Problematic in any way? How would you enter their names in ERAS? Thanks for any guidance.

I had this done with one of my letters. I added the information for the primary letter writer to ERAS. Then gave it to that person. I'm assuming both attendings simply signed the letter at the bottom. No need to give them 2 ERAS forms.
