5 MDs, 9-10 CRNAs (employed by us). Supervising when on call, own cases on other days. Post call day off. Neurosurgery residency. OB/gyn, General, Ortho, plastics, ENT, pediatric dentistry, Community hearts, cath lab. Respected in the hospital.

$400,000/year. Increases when partner.
$7,500 CME
Sign-on bonus.
$35,000 company sponsored retirement starting after 1 year.
9-10 weeks vacation
1 year to partner.
Occurrence, life, disability, HSA insurance with deductible covered
