So, yeah. I live in nicaragua and I wanted to know if I could take my boards here because someone told me I could but I'm a little skeptical. Thanks in advance?

There is no possible way to do this, the only places I know of outside of continental united states is Puerto Rico and Canada (because I know people who have taken it there).
