I went for the warm light because it was easier to look at/didn't hurt, and it didn't distort the natural color of the teeth and gingiva like the other light option did.

I have neutral and I like it, but I'm not sure warm was an option when I bought my loupes. I usually use it at a very low setting and get fantastic battery life.
