Get one letter with both on (TA+student)

Generally, 2 science 1 non-science

Physician (MD/DO) letters are of little value to MD

Only 1 DO letter is needed, but it can’t hurt I guess?

Yes

I did this but as one letter speaking to me as a student and as a TA

I had 5, 3 science, 1 non science, one physician, but you should have at least 2 science and 1 non

Preferably MD to MD and DO to DO but if its all you got use it
