Having interviews early like you did is typically a good sign, and it also means you could get more. However, I think it's @Goro who says this, but you have to assume you're rejected until the A is in your email box. So I would hope for the best and plan for the worst. You could still get an A from the either school you've interviewed at, but could also not. You could get more interviews, but also not. And you have to plan for the "also not" situations.
Edit: You'll hear people say on here that you should do things you actually enjoy, and not just check boxes (although you do need to do some box checking). Identify the weakness in your app, and find something you actually like doing to combat it. This will make it feel less pointless of doing an activity if you were to get an A, cause at least you were enjoying it, and if you do have to reapply, it will shine through in your app of how much you enjoyed it. It's a win-win

In almost the same situation here with two interviews early in the cycle (completed my second interview September 3rd...) and silence from most schools (some expected rejections from reach schools). One ended up with a deferral for now (but school has a high % pulled from WL) and my dream school I don't hear until January 31st. I also sent updates to my schools at the end of November and haven't heard anything yet. (I also have a lower LM than you tho so a difference there).
I say all this to let you know you aren't alone <3. It is a weird situation because people always talk about how having early invites is good, but being ghosted for months after is nerve wracking. I don't know if you're in a situation where you will need to/want to retake the MCAT if you reapply (I would need to), but I was told that its not a bad idea to start doing a little bit of review/studying (by little my advisor said like an hour a week to ease into it bc studying for the MCAT again makes me lose my appetite as well) and worst case you refreshed yourself for med school. I am a postbac and I enrolled in Anatomy for the spring since I have never taken it and worst case it will help me hit the ground running in med school (was not pre-med in undergrad). Maybe think of doing things that could let you hit two birds with one stone so it doesn't *feel* like prepping to reapply, but instead prepping to have better success in med school?
Other than that, I would reflect on any weak points and try to find creative/fun ways to address them and even if you don't actively start doing them yet, you will have a plan for what you will tackle for when you get a decision from those two schools/ if no more invites come January and later. I am holding out for doing anything crazy until January 31st, but planning what I will do if I do get bad news that day.

Preparing to reapply will also help you deal with the radio silence for now and will help if you are actually waitlisted and asked for updates. Plus IIs still may come, but do prepare for a possible reapplication.

On the plus side here, you will ideally know prior to submission date for next year's AMCAS. Late waitlist acceptances can always happen, but by then, you'll still have been prepared, rather than waiting and hoping.
