T-giving is when you should worry.I applied to 33 schools so far (planning to add 3-4 more at some point if I can).
Out of these 33 schools, I have heard absolutely nothing from any of them- no rejection, no interview invite (obviously), not even an interview hold, no update on my application review progress whatsoever. I submitted 6 secondaries at the end of July, and everything else was submitted by the end of August except for 2 which I submitted earlier this week. So that's 31 schools submitted before Labor Day and no news.

Your application was not submitted early by any means. At most you are giving 6 schools a month to weigh your entire application against the rest of their applicants to make a decision (and a rushed decision like that you do not want). Just be patient.I submitted 6 secondaries at the end of July, and everything else was submitted by the end of August except for 2 which I submitted earlier this week. Sorry the old WAMC post was not mine and I have tried to delete it so as not to cause confusion. I am a first time traditional applicant. With high GPA and 520+ MCAT. I have worked hard for the last 3 years and did not think my application lacked anything. Might not have the “spectacular” factor but seemed to be complete. It is just hard to be patient and not feel disheartened .Why has there been 8 years between your WAMC post and your announcement that you've received one interview (a good school to hear from btw)? You've got one. You may have at least two more before Thanksgiving. Stop being depressed and prepare for interviews!

So how did this post get placed? You know our TOS requires you to post as yourself and not assume others' identities. (Like signing someone else on an attendance sheet, which is a professionalism violation).Sorry the old WAMC post was not mine and I have tried to delete it so as not to cause confusion. I agree w/LizzyM's first post in this thread. Good luck.I applied to 33 schools so far (planning to add 3-4 more at some point if I can).

What does this mean for my app? Did they just not get to it yet at all or is it likely I was put in some kind of "maybe" pile by now?
I just came online today after many years to see if the folks that were helping during my application cycle were still on... nice to see familiar names Goro and LizzyM.T-giving is when you should worry.
In the mean time, stay busy.
You may not have seen this, but on the front page of this subforum there was an existing discussion for applicants not hearing anything over the past month. I have merged your thread with that one.Hi guys, I applied to 24 schools on May 27th and submitted all 24 secondary applications within 2-3 weeks of receiving the secondaries. LM is 75. I've only heard from one school (an R from Boston University) and the rest is complete radio silence. Is anyone else experiencing this? I know we are still in the first half of October but every day that passes without hearing anything makes me more and more nervous.
