Your main weakness is your non clinical volunteering and some schools screen at 150 hours. Accumulate 100+ more hours before you submit your application. Schools such as Creighton and Loyola expect many hundreds of hours of non clinical volunteering. Your MCAT of 513 is not competitive for many of the schools on your list. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Utah
Arizona (Phoenix)
Roseman
TCU
Alice Walton
Rosalind Franklin
NOVA MD
Belmont
Wake Forest
Methodist
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Tufts
UMass

I agree that you need 150+ hours of service orientation activities (food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, housing rehabilitation) to avoid getting screened out. I appreciate shooting your shot, but you need more reasonable targets especially as they fit your leisurely activities. How close do you need to be to hiking and diving as a release from intense studying in medical school?
