Well here's my situation, Im a junior, took the MCAT twice, 34O on the first one when I was in high school. Took it again last summer cause my first expired got a 33N. Was practicing at ~40, but I was a ******, fell off my skateboard, and broke the thumb of my writing hand a month before the test, go figure. So, I'm registered for the MCAT this april, but I'm wondering if I should go through with it. With working two work study jobs and double majoring I havn't had much time to study for it again. Also, this will be my third time, and I know thats the last time they let you take it. Also I heard some schools average if you take it three times. I know 33N is decent, but it pisses me off. Im at USC for undergrad and I hope to stay in cali, preferably LA. What do you guys think. Im scared that I might do worse again, which would look horrible! What are my chances for USC or UCLA? My advisor said not to worry... yea right...

As a side note, anyone else think they are illiterate? I can score 13-15 on P and B but for some damn reason I cant break a 9 on the verbal. Huh The same thing happened to me on my SAT and got me rejected from almost every school I applied to. I really don't want to suffer that again.

Thanks
Im gonna go wallow in my self pity and get back to work

I know how you feel on the illiterate part...I've been getting high scores of the PS and BS, but my verbal hasn't broken the double digits yet. It's make me mad, because when they look at the composite score it'll be awesome, but then when its broken down into individual sections, it sucks. oh well, i guess more practice
