Wow! Remember when I used to post useful advice instead of just snark?
One thing that I didn't say in that thread is, BMT nurses are a lot like Peds nurses. They know their patients, and the attendings, very well. And they won't let you f*** it up.
Unlike peds nurses however, they usually actually know what they're talking about, listen to them.
