2-3 pre-requisites at a community college, is this bad?

Basically my situation is that I will be taking Bio 1 and Chem 1 at a community college, but that's it. I will be taking the rest of my pre reqs at a 4 year university, so is taking these couple courses going to hurt my chances at all? (also the university that I'm transferring to is a no name private school, does this hurt as well?)

No, I applied this cycle with gen chem 2 and ochem 1 at a CC and had 4 interviews, 3 acceptances and am waiting on another. I would not take any more at a CC, but you are okay for now. Be careful when you apply because there are schools who don’t accept CC credits, but not too many.

I also took bio and chem 1 at state college during high school as well as both physics and all my english. I've gotten 2 acceptances so far and just got invited to my fifth interview

I don't think schools care about where you went as far as undergrad, but yea make sure the rest are at a 4 year

Yeah but I've been looking at most of them and they say they only take 60 credits from a CC, what does that even mean?

each class you take has a specific amount of credits you earn from completing it. My biochem class I just took was 4 credits for example normally 60 credits equals about two years of college courses. Most schools just don't want you taking every class at a CC.
