It's hard to make concrete suggestions because everyone reviews at their own pace, but if I were you I would do the following:
1. Minimize the use of audio/visual resources, unless you do not learn/review well by reading. Perhaps you could listen to Goljan Audio when driving your kids around (and start them towards fruitful careers as pathologists) but with your time constraints (although 6 hrs x 2 months isn't bad at all) I would strive for efficiency. Consider a dedicated review book for Pathology, at a minimum (and if you do, don't bother with First Aid path content). Again, it's hard to say how much you should use because everyone learns at different speeds.
2. For the first 4-5 weeks I would suggest the following schedule: 2-3 hrs reading new material, 1 hour quickly re-reviewing material covered the previous day for reinforcement, and 2 hrs for questions. If you have flash cards for pharm or other memorization-heavy subjects, use them for quick daily sessions. Start with USMLEWorld and only buy QBank if you finish the former. During this period my goal would be to cover all subjects.
3. Final weeks, increase question time but continue to review all subjects 1-2 hrs/day. Reexpose yourself to whatever isn't sticking.
