I know that the blast crisis in CML is when there are >20% myeloblasts in the blood, is there a similar blast crisis in CLL?

Also, what is the exact criteria to diagnose ALL: is there certain percentage of lymphoblasts that must be present (similar to the >20% myeloblast requirement for AML)?

CLL does not have "blast crisis" per se, but it can transform into more aggressive tumors, such as DLBCL. As for the diagnosis of ALL, "acute leukemia" part basically required =>%20 blast cells seen in bone marrow. Further typing requires immunophenotyping, flow cytometry or molecular methods like PCR.
