2 week Study Abroad in Jan...Interfere with interviews?

I am applying to PT school this summer of 2016 and am planning to take a 2 week study abroad from January 1st-12th for an English Composition class. Will this interfere with interview dates?

Look up your schools and when they hold interviews. That's likely too early.

Every school is different. I had my earliest interview at the end of October and was offered interviews November December until January. You might get offered an interview that time because they know most students are off from school. But that's a great experience, you can always reschedule a date but sometimes it may or may not impact your chances of admittance.

I was told that I was able to choose from a few dates and to take advantage of study abroad. But earlier the interview, the better. I think I will still go🙂
