What a weird thing that ISP thing is. Do you choose it when you start school?
You choose after Anatomy.

Does anyone know if OSU plans to release their acceptance/waitlist/rejection decisions tomorrow or Friday? I loved the school and I can't wait to hear back!
i don't know the answer to this question, but this might help...

Sounds like everything was working in your favor except that you applied late. OSU was actually the very first secondary that I got. I was complete in July and just got an interview invite in the middle of September, scheduled for the end of November. You'll probably still get an interview, it just might not be until January or February at this point.I have a higher than average, balanced MCAT (35O) but a low GPA (I was a biomedical engineering major...eck). I have done a lot of volunteering, shadowing, and extracurriculars with leadership roles. My secondary was received on 9/9, but I have yet to hear anything. I'm aan in-state resident, and I would love to get an interview at OSU, but I'm starting to feel like I've been passed up.
Any insights on this matter?

It sometimes seems that OSU has an aversion to in-state applicants. Good luck!
I remember some school official telling us at interview day that we can expect to wake up on Friday morning to a "Your Status has Changed" email. Doesn't mean I won't be checking my email obsessively today...

Yeah, I feel the same. I also haven't gotten any love from one of my in-state schools that has similar stats to OSU. Go figure. I'm not sure when OSU rejects.I feel like applying to medical school is a crap-shoot. Does OSU reject before the end of the interview season (for those who did not get interviews)?
Awesome, I heard they were pretty quick about getting back to the applicants after the interview.
129 of 220 (59%) students last year were from one state! A college/hospital that wants to compete nationally, needs to pick up the best from the entire country. "aversion to in-state" you say?
so which one is the closest airport to osu?
Just checked into the status page:
Me too!
😍🙂😀👍
Accepted!!!
Congrats! Just checked mine and accepted, too!
Me three! 😀
Which is a surprise, because I felt my faculty interview went horribly.
Thinking of forming a Geriatric Self-Study interest group...interested, vc? 😉

Rejected. File Closed. *sigh*
Genuinely loved this school, and I thought I was a competitive applicant. Tried my best to be confident and positive, while not showing any arrogance at all.
With a 60-what? percent post interview acceptance rate, I feel just destroyed that I didn't even make the waitlist. Should I even go to my interviews at Duke and Columbia? I probably don't have a chance in hell.
I'm calling the admissions office to find out what they think are my major deficiencies so I can improve.
