I have TWO sets of the entire Kaplan Medical book series for the USMLE Step 1. This includes the Q book as well as Dr. Barone's recently published 2011 notes on pathology. This book was just released and you won't find anywhere. This book is a must to achieve "gunner level"!
This is an amazing deal and a great resource if you are preparing for the marathon of an exam known as the USMLE. These books have no highlighting or marks and are in new condition.
