I agree, that is the best thing to do for now, and I appreciate your positive outlook. However, interviewers are not allowed to ask sensitive questions involving medical conditions, disabilities, family related issues, sexual preference etc. The only time they may have the ability to address those topics is if the interviewee says something about it during the interview, or if it is in your personal statement. If so, then it's fair game.
I think the anatomical question was just to see how you would respond in a stressful situation, because patients will say all sorts of out of pocket things (I've heard all sorts of horror stories). The main point is to see if you can keep your cool and smile. My friends who did ended up being accepted. It seems like that was your approach so you shouldn't be too worried 🙂
