Interview invite here too! I submitted the secondary early July. In State. Earliest available was 10/5 when I scheduled. 🙂
 
Temple, please just make a decision on my file. The committee has had enough time to review it 50 times by now, I feel

+1. actually, only about two weeks but goddddd does it feel like forever.
 
will the status ever change from under review if they decide not to interview you or will it just be "under review" indefinitely?!?!👎
 
approximately how long does it take for them to review your file before they make a decision? i submitted my secondary several weeks ago and am getting a little anxious

Well I was "under review" starting in mid-July so..a little over a month for me?
 
Under review since about 7/28
changed to invited to interview today
scheduled interview for 10/13

Yay, familiar face from the infamous Jan 30 2010 MCAT thread. I've been complete at Temple since 7/20 or so?? No word yet. Nada. Still under review.

how do you know you are complete? do they actually send a complete email? from what i've read, it seems like you just remain under review until they interview or reject you... am i mistaken?
 
Interview invite too! Yay! Scheduled for 10/14.

My last LOR came in 7/15 so I kind of estimated that I was complete by 7/20. Everything else was done by 7/9 I think

it hasn't been quite a month for me yet, but does anyone know how temple feels about LOIs? i know it's too soon to send now but if in a few months, i don't get a response, do they welcome them? do they have any weight?
 
*Taps foot* Has anyone gotten an interview invite on a day other than Monday yet? I'm assuming since I didn't hear anything yesterday I'll be waiting another week now. I submitted 7/21. Dammitall.

I'd almost rather not know which day they interview.. it's a week of waiting followed by a day of stress.

I'm thinking we are waiting till next Monday - I was complete around the same time you were, and ive not heard a thing

I actually got an e-mail, I think. Although I'm trying to search for it right now and I can't find it. But I've been keeping track of my completion dates at schools and I have 7/22 down for Temple. I had all LORs in by end of June, and submitted 7/6 I think? Anyway, I either saw it on a status page or via e-mail that I was complete on the 22nd of July. Still under review as of today.

yeah Starry, I turned mine in near the same time as you. I believe most people are Under Review. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.

hmmm i'm just under review with no completion email...i hope it means i'm complete tho 😕
 
Haha, ok so I lied. After searching through all my school emails and trash folder, I did NOT receive a complete email. What I did was I checked my status page often and marked 7/22 down as when I switched to Under Review.

my first interview invite!! complete 8/10, ii 8/25, i 10/27!!!
 
Just received my first interview invite!

3.78/32 and complete 1-2 weeks ago. Sorry to those waiting much longer than me.

I'm also having the problem where only October 27 is open for scheduling. Has anyone called about this?

yeah, I noticed that only Oct 27th was open as well. That date works fine for me, but I found it a little strange that that was the only date available!
 
Just got an invite! Scheduled 11/2. complete about a week ago.
 
Congratulations to everyone that got interview invites today! I guess it's not just Monday.

It seems like they're filling up quickly, too. November already! I wish they'd hurry it up with me.
 
submitted 8/14, invite 8/23, interview 10/6... OOS 3.6, 31. i attribute the fast turnaround time to my 900 word rambling "why temple" essay haha

wow, seriously? you got a response within a week? congrats! i wish i had that luck. i submitted on 8/11 and wasn't expecting to hear back for at least a month

CONGRATS!👍 when you mean complete on 7/20, do you mean that that's the date you submitted your secondary or did you get an actual complete confirmation email on that day?

That's the day that my last LOR was in. My status on their site read complete like a week earlier.
 
are people suppose to receive Complete e-mails? I've been Under Review since mid/late July. Anyone wanna give some insight?
 
I never got a complete email, and I haven't heard of anyone else. Just the status update.
 
I never got a complete email either. just a fee payment receipt on 7/2. i'm still under review. gaaahhh temple show me some love!

Congrats! (To everyone else since my last post, too).

I submitted 7/21, under review probably since 7/23 or so. 3.63/39O and in-state. It's killing me!

I would be very surprised if they didn't at least want to see what you're all about geek 🙂
 
I'm just horribly inpatient. 😳

I'm also developing this irrational fear that I had some kind of black-out and replaced the second half of my "Why Temple" essay with a Bel-air.

I have had similar fears. I am sometimes scared that one of my slightly senile LOR authors forgot who I was a wrote a letter for culinary school.
