My application showed two different things.I did not have any trouble with Toefl.I send them my documents again and hopefully it should be ok by now.

Hi bddsgirl,

You should be hearing from them by 1-2 weeks before the deadline approaches. However, you may call/email 'International program' office since it's been 2-3 weeks already. Ask them that you want to know your present application status. If there's any pending status, you should submit required documents prior to deadline. best!

Call UCSF as they wont send confirmation themselve, UPENN will start writing and checking applications mid summer.... dunno what that means exactly but interview calls in august.... UoP have no idea so far....

those clgs which require only nbde part 1 ,do not have a bench exam and have 24months prog---i could figure out uic,upenn,goldman boston.somebdy pls add to these
and those which hve 3 yr prg but require only prt 1 and do not hve a bench exam.

Hi everyone, can anyone help me with this. on caapid page herman ostrow requires >75 in NBDE PART 1. but when i saw the univ website...it says >75 in each section...if anyone applying there, what are you considering as the requirement....plz help...it is confusing

I also have the same problem.My professors have signed across the seal.But my dean was very busy so I barely manage to get reco. letter signed but unable to get his sign on seal!!

Can we send TOEFL score to dental school which we have received as our copy.
I mean we can see our TOEFL score online so what's the point to open the envelope and see the same score.

those schools that accept caapid application will take letters of reco directly from caapid.so, you do'nt have to send them the letters, just do so for caapid.

if you get the recommendation letters from the dentists where you are observing ..it does'not necessarily be called as observation letter ..
you can use it as recommendation letter provided that the dentist mentioned that he recommends you for the programs you are applying to..

UIC accepts only greencard/citizen.
I don't understand why ppl don't search school websites??I am not being rude.I am just directing you towards right directions.Anybody can tell wrong things but you have to only trust official sources.

Hi Guys I am applying to NYU.
They want some documents from ECE and ETS directly while Degree certificate, photo, transcript and fees from us.
My question is how will they identify my documents? Do I have to mention dentpin number or anything else?

I think CAAPID has onyl made applications more confusing !!!

Hi,

UOP needs "dental goals", so send them that. They may / may not see your sop (part of CAAPID application) but definitely your dental goals along with other docs. they mentioned.

And, I totally agree with you about confusion it creates.... and the extra money it drains from our pocket.... but... thr s nothing we can do about it...
