I'm also still waiting on Citrus. Based on the thread last year, it seems as though they didn't send out rejections or sent them out really late. I think someone said they emailed them to inquire about their status, and they got a response to the effect of "If you didn't receive an invitation from us, you were not selected." Personally, I think it's rude if sites expect you to put all the effort into applying to their programs and then can't even take the time to reject you.
 
This is my last one. I would just feel so much better if they would have sent it out already.

Has anyone heard anything from them?
 
Patton rejection via email- they had over 200 applicants and lost funding for one position. They seem to be rolling out.

UC Santa Cruz caps email rejection

Bummed about uc santa Cruz. I'm an alumni and I would have loved to go back and give back to my community. Well there goes my first choice.

Indiana University, CAPS


Anyone know anything about these sites? I'm pretty sure they've all sent out invites...
 
Invite to Cleveland VA open house tonight but have a conflict. To those of those who received invitations, was it your impression that the Open House has a bearing on rankings or is this one of those where it is soley for applicants to evaluate the site? It's not quite clear from the materials & I'm debating how much to worry about not going.
 
Invite to Patton! They cut their intern class next year to 3, due to budget issues.
 
Received a non-personalized email from them today inviting me to interview on the 13th...already have one that day so I've asked for an alternate date.

Interesting: they sent it to my secondary email address and the name in the email was Regional Mental Health, which is not what I have been calling it (Southlake) all this time. Also the city that was listed on the address in the email is NOT the city on the APPIC page. So, the weird delivery to my personal email and the name & city change threw me! I had to go into APPIC to be sure it was indeed Southlake. 🙄

I have yet to hear from Riverbend, MercyFirst and Devereux. I assume they're all rejections. Since APPIC says that Riverbend will notify by yesterday, I went ahead and emailed the TD. I'll let you know if I get a reply!

Happy with what I have. Time to roll up my sleeves and get ready. Tomorrow is my first! 😀

I know Yale Child Study invites went out over the phone last week. I would definitely call Monday.

Nope, didn't apply to UF, got an invite at VA Beach, and I haven't heard anything from Lewisville, but am waiting on them. :-/ Hopefully it doesn't mean a rejection.

My impression is that rankings are based on app materials and not the open house.
 
Rejections via email from: Vacaville, Fraser Child and Youth

Invites via email from: Human Services, BC Mental Health and Addiction Services

Still waiting on Hennepin and Capital District Health Authority.

I spoke with the TD and he said the open house has no influence on rankings. Also know people who went last year and said it was a waste of time, the staff didn't even learn who each person was (no name tags or introductions, etc). I also have a conflict, a real interview at a site, and am prioritizing that as more important. Good luck!

Has anyone heard or know anything regarding above sites?? I am going crazy it is already 8:47pm over hear😕😱:xf:

I understood it this way as well. I have another interview that day and will not be going.
 
I was so hoping that this torture of not knowing would be over by now! Why can't the sites just send me the email already? its like adding insult to injury at this point lol
 
Anybody been rejected? Are invites still being sent out? Just curious if maybe there are some faculty who are having challenges finding time to review applications.....
 
I am still waiting to hear from Citrus Health too. I know last year I got an invite from them like 4 days after the deadline (I must have been on a wait list and they didn't notify me).

I am also waiting to hear from Human Services Inc. and Wasatch Mental Health for today....Riverbend for tomorrow....the Erie Psychological Consortium on the 23rd.

I know people have heard from some of the sites and that makes me believe that more than likely I am getting rejections from them.
 
I am still waiting for Minnesota Department of Corrections and North Carolina Department of Corrections. Any news?

Also, I know that FCC- Terre Haute sent out both invites and rejections, but I received neither. Does anyone have any insight into why this would happen (technically their notification date isn't until Jan. 1).

Still waiting on Northwestern too. I'm not optimistic.
 
Just got a "we'll keep you on the back burner and rank you so we don't have to go to phase 2, but we don't want to interview you" email From Human Services Inc.

A colleague and I got invitations from Citrus Health yesterday (Wednesday).
 
Has anyone heard yea or nay from Houston ISD? It's my last site to notify, and I want to be done with this process. Best wishes to all.
 
mass email rejection from Children's Hospital of Orange County, no greeting, but at least they BCC'd!

I wish that the 99 guests who are watching this thread would register and post if they have any info about sites that have not been mentioned here yet . . . 🙄

Not knowing if anyone has heard from my last 2 sites is killing me. 🙁
 
I am still waiting on one more site...U of Colorado SOM, primary care. Anyone hear from them yet?
 
Has anyone received a rejection from Mississippi State Hospital? I know they made phone calls a while back, but still haven't heard anything
 
Has anyone gotten a rejection from St. Elizabeth's? And has anyone heard either way from U Colorado, DOC track? Those are my last two...
 
So I have 3 sites left to hear from... I'm in the Northeast and applied only to Northeast sites, so it's 10:15 as I write this and there is no way they are sending out notifications tonight (I emailed the TDs earlier and got two out of office replies, with one out til Monday). These sites claim in materials and on their APPIC listings that the 15th is their notification deadline. Others have received interviews at 2 of the 3 sites (the 3rd hasn't been mentioned, that I saw). I even checked my snail mail and didn't have any notification letters.

I think it is very unfair that if my materials had arrived 5 hours after the end-of-business on the application deadlines I would've been crossed off the list immediately and YET, here I am, really hoping that at least one of these sites wants to interview me...

Isn't this part of being accredited? Notifying on time? I'll have some choice words for the survey this year. 😛
 
Received a personalized email invite from Gulf Coast VA with follow up mass email with various dates in January. Good luck to everyone in these last notification days. Still waiting on 3 sites....

I spoke to a chair person of the APPIC process. She said the Dec. 15 deadline is a recommendation. It is not a real deadline, they can actually take as long as they wont to.....Sorry to burst your bubble. I too am waiting on sites.....
