Hmmmm......sounds like it could be good news if they don't show up as complete to the applicant, but money order irreversibility sounds bad. That may mean my hope of having them switch to a CC payment for immediate submission is futile. Not that it would matter as they have yet to return my e-mail or open up their phone lines! I bet they are overwhelmed with issues today.

APPIC MATCH NEWS
---
Due to technical difficulties over the past 48 hours with the AAPI Online service, many students have had difficulty in submitting their applications to internship programs. The AAPI Online technical support team is working very hard on these issues, and we apologize for the difficulties that many of you are experiencing.
Following are specific updates for applicants and programs:
APPLICANTS:
1. Sites have been asked by APPIC to extend their deadlines until no earlier than 11:59pm on Thursday, November 3. However, it is up to each individual site as to whether or not they abide by this request.
2. At the moment, the difficulties revolve around processing payments for application submission. We encourage applicants to wait until later this afternoon before retrying their submissions.
3. Some applicants chose the "Money Order" option when their credit cards were rejected. For those who have submitted applications using the "Money Order" option, we are working on a solution that will allow you to pay for your submissions via a credit card. Please do NOT send in a Money Order if you don't want to use that payment option. You will soon be contacted about a solution to this problem. (Please note that the "Money Order" option is no longer available).
PROGRAMS:
1. For programs that have application deadlines in the next few days, APPIC strongly encourages you to extend your deadlines to no earlier than 11:59pm on Thursday, November 3, in order to accommodate students who have experienced difficulties with the AAPI Online service.
2. You may see some COMPLETED applications appearing under the "Submitted" section. Until this problem is addressed, please treat "submitted" applications as complete. In many instances, the "submitted" status is not due to missing or incomplete information, but instead an artifact of the current difficulties.
