Generic email interview invite from Friends Hospital. Interview dates: 1/9, 1/10, 1/23, 1/24
Generic email interview invite from NYCCC-Queens campus. Interview dates: 12/27, 12/31, 1/2
Generic email interview invite from Green Chimneys. Interview dates: 1/6, 1/9, 1/13, 1/17
Generic email rejections from the Bronx VA and Lenox Hill
 
Question: Does anyone know if UNC School of Medicine is an Open House or actual interviews? They call it an Open House, but there is time scheduled for individual interviews. I haven't heard anything about a formal schedule yet, nor have I heard which track I'm under consideration for. Anyone know how this works?

I hope so too, maybe I can be in denial and hope I will get one since their notification date is till the 24th. That's the last site I have to hear back from and I wanted it to end in a GOOD BAM!
 
I'm joining the huh train as it is officially that time on this Friday night:

1) Trinitas?
2) Robert Wood Johnson/University Behavioral Healthcare/Rutgers?
3) Mount Sinai Adolescent Health?
4) Northwestern/Feinberg LGBT?

I think I have seen some invites but not sure which track?? Ohhh nelly...one way ticket to rejection town!

Congrats! I was wondering if the Buffalo VA invite was a mass email or personalized? I'm still waiting to hear back. Congrats again!

I thought I would be feeling some relief from this process by today, but apparently I have an obsessive email checking weekend ahead. Waiting to hear from:

American Lake (Tacoma) VA
Black Hills VA
 
Today I heard:

Invites:
Oregon State UCC: Mass e-mail
U. of Illinois Urbana-Champaign UCC: Personalized e-mail
Indiana U. at Bloomington UCC: Mass e-mail
University of Iowa UCC: Personalized e-mail

Rejection:
UT at Austin: Mass rejection

Thanks! It was a mass email, with a note that if I had applied to additional tracks, then notification from those tracks would arrive separately. No word on when those other track emails would arrive though.

Good luck to you! I received both my final invite (Buffalo) and rejection (Baltimore VA) today, I hope everyone still waiting gets to enjoy closure soon!
 
Haven't seen a mention on Purdue CC - I had their notification date for today but then i suppose I know my answer given that …. thought i would toss it out there… did get an invite to Southern Oregon Rehab which makes me :nod: … they have been super helpful in arranging trip.. that came this AM - invite days of Jan 7 or 14 … it must be getting close to wind down isn't it? good luck to all in this next phase in whatever way that presents itself to you… so appreciate the supportive nature of this thread

This process has been such a whirlwind. Exciting and overwhelming.

With the end of anticipation in sight, I hope we can all take a minute to sit back and remember how lucky we are just to have the opportunity to get this kind of education.
 
Still no word from Saint John's… I am really excited about that site so I hope it's not bad news. Otherwise I got the other 3 I was waiting on today! Congrats to everyone out there and hang in there for those still waiting 🙂

Considering their listed date was the 24th, that is great. I haven't heard back anything either way yet. Who knows.
 
I see McLean sent out both interviews and rejections but I have not heard from them either way... Any one else in this boat?
 
I am waiting on two more:

UC Davis Counseling Center (Dec 20 is their notification date)
U of Houston Clear Lake Counseling Center (Dec 19 is their date)

This has been exhausting! Now I may have to wait till next Friday? LOL

*sighs* good luck to all those who are interviewing this coming week!

We are never safe... woke up today (12/10) to a rejection from Woodhull, which they sent at 1:42am! I too got my official Monty rejection. Email rejection by the Neurobehavioral Institute of Miami.

On another note, I got a phone call for Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center today at 3pm and an email from Nassau University Medical Center.
Don't give up until you get a rejection, seriously! :soexcited:

P.D.: I see that people specify if it was a mass email or personalized. Can someone explain me why it is important?

Mass often--not always--mean everything went out at once, and if you didn't get one, you probably aren't going to. Individual ones trickle in a bit slower. It's the same reason you find people asking for specific times emails or phone calls were received.
