2013-2014 APPIC (internship) interview thread

Has anyone heard anything from UNC? They had a November 1st deadline. Also--does anyone know how well they stick to the interview ranking dates they have you suggest in your cover letter?

I am still waiting on a response from UNC School of Medicine, too, and haven't seen anyone post about my particular track, yet. It's one of my top choices so I am eager to hear, but also not feeling super optimistic about it this point since they sent out invites pretty early last year. (I know, I know... you aren't supposed to make guesses based on that, but I can't help it!)
 
Mass email invite yesterday (12/4/13 at 3:24 PM) from Atascadero State Hospital, Interview date options 1/10, 1/17, and 1/24. Sent to email on CV, not APPIC email.

I haven't heard anything either. I applied to the Clinical Child-Pediatric track.

I get the feeling that since ABCT was later this year (Nov. 21-24 vs. Nov 15-18) and so was Thanksgiving (Nov. 28 vs Nov. 22) that most sites are sending invites on later dates than last year. So going off last year's thread might not be too helpful. In addition, in reference to prior discussions, an applicant may be "wait-listed" based off their paper application but may blow their interview (if granted one) out of the water. Whereas someone who was granted an interview right away may have issues in in-person interviews and go to the bottom of the pile. Don't count yourself out!
 
Friends received mass email invite from FCI Ft. Worth this morning. Local applicants interview dates in December, but other dates in January (specific dates not known.). I didn't apply, but know others will want to know.
 
My friend just received a rejection from Mass General in Boston. Not sure on the specifics.
 
Invite to St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital (Child track) via email. Dates: Jan 15 or 22.

Was non personalized and could see other applicants listed, though only about 10 so assuming others emails being sent.

Congrats! Sounds like that one is out for me. Keep getting bad news (or lack of news) today. Here's hoping for some good to balance it out!
 
Mass email invite for an interview to Mississippi State Hospital! 🙂 Interview dates are 1/6, 1/10 & 1/17. They will do 1/24 as an alternate if you are unable to attend any of the other three.

I haven't heard, and neither has the other person in my program who applied. I'm thinking they haven't sent anything out yet.

Do you or anyone else know if other tracks for UW SOM send emails later? I applied to the Behavioral Med/Neuro track......

Sorry all, I was mistaken... UW email was personalized, not mass. Also, it specifically addressed the General Adult track, so it is possible that the other tracks have not sent any information yet.
 
Catholic University of America CC - mass email invite received on 12/5 for onsite interviews only for Dec 16, 17, 18 and 19 and Jan 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. Interviews from either 9am to 1:00pm or 12:30pm to 4:30pm.
