Changes that have already been implemented:
Pass/Fail
Shorter application eligibility period. You have 6 months to schedule exam
Only 5 attempts
New item types: Multiple correct answers, extended matching and ordering

Hope this helps!

Yes, i think these changes may begin from 2013 on wards.

i hope the pattern doesnt change in 2013 🙁 were multiple answer choices n sequence order questions included in 2012 ???????????
i dont think so...

Even i hope it remains the same in 2013 also. :xf:

No worries if they are on your test they dont matter! From the ADA 2013 NBDE Part 1 guide:

Three new item types are being introduced on the National Board Dental Examinations. The new item types are multiple correct/multiple response, extended matching, and ordering. For NBDE Part I, a couple of new items in the new format will be introduced solely in the testlet sections of the examination.
Since these items are considered pretest items they will not be scored. However, they will be evaluated for their statistical performance and will not have an impact on candidate's results or pass/fail status.

tat sounds gud to hear...then , it is ok if v guess d answers for those questions ???? it doesnt matter even if it goes wrong ??? hmmmm is it ??:naughty:
