I am doing each of the schools attended, since it seems like they will use each school's separate transcript to verify courses.

Anyone have a good link for AADSAS guidance for what "course subject" to label classes like Behavioral Science etc. (Otherscience or non-science)?
The "click here to view course subject list" on AADSAS does not work. Neither does the "fact sheet" link on the 2015 AADSAS instructions PDF under course subjects....
TMDSAS was clear on what they wanted things labelled as far as computer science, poly sci, law classes etc. but I cant find much for AADSAS. Thanks.

Wow can't believe it's been a whole year already. I remember this time last year reading/learning about the whole process along with @Glimmer1991, @sjv, @Illfavor, and @Ferneezy among others. So nostalgic ::tear drop falls::. I would not want to re-live this process again though. Good luck everyone!

Yea...it's been like a using a wine cork to plug the hole in the Titanic.
The same thing happened to me! It really sucks. I called them today and they said their support team is working on it. The lady told me hopefully they'll have it fixed by tomorrow 🙁

My school just send out my transcript without giving me the option to upload my matching form pdf. All they asked me was for the ID on the matching form and said that they will generate their own attachment. Has this happen to anybody else?
So I experienced lots of the same chaos as everybody else but I haven't seen anybody with this issue yet.
The transcript matching form does not come up when I click on the side button under actions. All that comes up is the new screen that verifies the information for the school. With a cancel or print button at the bottom of the page, and the print button simply prints the current page that is verifying the information. Not the transcript matching form for that school.
Anyone else have this problem yet? and any ideas on possible work arounds. If I can't figure it out in the next few days I am planning on just sending the transcripts without the forms.

I'd call AADSAS to check up this.
Ultimately, though, it's fine even if you send them without the forms. I wouldn't worry too much, but I would give them a ring just to see what they say.

If I have not taken a class yet such as biochemistry, which is a req for some schools, should I add them to a "Planned/In Progress" term? I don't know whether I will be taking it in the fall or spring so I don't want to have it listed for fall if I cannot edit any of the coursework information until November. At the same time, I am not sure whether or not they will consider my application if they do not see one of their reqs on the coursework section.
Put it under planned for spring and update it during academic update. You will be expected to take it prior to matriculation and many people are accepted without full prerequisites completed.
I need to ask AADSAS a couple of specific questions but they keep saying that they have "unusually high" call volume and hanging up on me. *sigh* Why can't they just have a system that allows a large queue like most other organizations?
I was having the same problem yesterday so I woke up early this morning for the sole reason of being able to get through their line lol
Hahaha, it's something I would have considered but I'm glad I didn't have to do that! After trying a few times I finally got through 🙂
Though I do suspect they can only have ~5 ppl in queue because I was suddenly the 5th caller. Which is ridiculous for this time of year. But on the bright side, the lady who answered the phone was really nice to me and that always makes me feel good.

AADSAS is having so many technical difficulties!!! I'm trying to add grad classes that I'm going to be taking in the winter semester of 2015 but it won't let me. It won't let me enter the year 2015 and says it has to be between 2014 and 2014... Is anybody else having this issue?
Are you adding them under "planned courses?" You shouldn't add this to your "current coursework" list (or whatever it's called).
Wow! That was fast. I e-submitted my fee waiver on Monday and snail mailed my support documents on the same day. I already got it approved. Really strange though. They sent me a message saying that I am only waived for only one school, but on my application there's a little footnote that says three schools...
Also, is only one else sending in their apps without all their LoR? My 4th letter writer just told me it is gonna take her ANOTHER month before she has time to write mine... ( Told her about this in March). I know that you can e-submit without having all your letter sent in yet (thanks glimmer), but would it be any quicker if I submitted my first three before I submit my last? My last letter is redundant to some schools, but essential to others. I honestly just don't want to pay for another delivery if schools don't look at my app until ALL letters have been sent even though i already met the requirement.
And another thing. Apparently some schools do auto-generate their own matching forms and that is perfectly fine. I called!

I'm sending my LOR requests electronically and 2 of my evaluators already submitted my letters.
My question is how do we resend to the request because my dentist didn't get it.
Do I cancle the request and enter a new entry?

Yes, delete and reenter your dentist.

You have some time, applications won't be "mailed" until the end of June.
I want my transcripts to be uploaded already...I wonder if I should send them again just in case.
I almost applied last yr (decided not to bc of a personal situation) and they lost a couple of my transcripts (one multiple times), so I don't have a good track record with them. Lol, I know all I can do right now is wait. I'm just really impatient.

I've been an emotional hot mess since Monday. I cried when I saw a random funeral procession on my way home from getting my transcripts sent. And then I cried reading over my personal statement. And I'll probably cry when I e-submit tomorrow too.
Thinking back on my thoughts through the process last year:
Are my EC's good enough? Are they going to realize I had 1/4300 improper characters in my PS? Will they be mad I didn't submit it week 1? If I call the school to ask questions, should I leave out my name so they don't know who is asking dumb questions? If I look at the status page enough, will I receive an interview invite?

If you're just asking a quick question I doubt they'll remember your name. Especially since they haven't even received any applications yet. I'm just a little paranoid. Lol

This is great! I used this to roughly compare schools based on tuition (section right before admissions stats) and then when my ADEA 2015 handbook came I was able to calculate the costs more precisely.
