I agree but I am nervous because I just want my colleges attended section to get saved since my transcripts may be arriving starting tomorrow. I ordered them this morning right after filling out that section, and one of my institutions is close enough to AADSAS that if they send it out today it'll get there by tomorrow. Not to mention that I overnighted a couple that were farther away. I just don't want that to go to waste. 🙁

Batch 1 goes out the last week of June. So Batch 6 would be sent out around the beginning of August I am guessing.

They will NOT verify your GPA until you SUBMIT your entire application.

Unless you're planning to submit the entire thing today, this rush shipment isn't going to make a difference. I wouldn't recommend submitting this fast, anyhow--give yourself a day or two to check back over everything.
 
Just FYI guys, the system seems to be down for me right now. Overloaded again for the 2015 cycle?? 😛
 
Good luck guys!!! Remember, it doesn't all have to be submitted today. You can submit in early July and still be in good standings. Download all the forms you need to have filled out at the school today. Good luck.

Yeah but they won't be able to attach the transcripts to my application if my Colleges Attended (Transcript Request Form) section is not complete. And if I have to complete it again, then the request forms may be completely different from the ones I submitted to be attached with the transcripts. It's just a mess. LOL

It's not a question of getting my GPA verified, it's a question of whether I'll have to send the transcripts again, which is what I am hoping to avoid.

Even if you don't send the matching forms, they will still process your transcripts and add them to your application.

Hmm, even if the system says my Colleges Attended section is not complete? When I signed up AADSAS said to fill that section in first for that reason. Interesting, I hope you're right!

Does your application have your name? Does your transcript have your name? Yes to both, and you even have the matching form! They'll be able to figure it out. 😀

Plus... the honest truth is that even if your transcript is the very first one to arrive, they probably won't attach it for a day or two. That just seems to be the way things go.

I hope they're resourceful enough to realize that. 😛 Thanks for talking down my crazy @Glimmer1991 and @sjv! I try to be rational as much as I can, but we all have our moments. 😉

I just want to get the transcript matching form but the site is stuck . Idk what to do!!!!
 
Let's take it in turns, if your sdn username starts with A-H you get to work on your app from 2:00-4:00, I-P gets 4:00-6:00, and Q-Z gets 6:00-8:00. We can conquer the system you guys!!!
 
My transcript matching form did not have a full bar code. Instead it had a small generic one. Will it take AADSAS longer to process if I dont have the full bar code?
 
Whenever I see the term "wait for it..." I instinctively think of HIMYM.

Actually with the way AADSAS is going, this might be an accurate representation:

I am filling out my course work. Under credits, would I put 3 for half year (1 semester) and 6 for full year (both semester)?

I am from a Canadian school and we do half year or full year courses.

Nope. You only see the date you took it and the date it uploaded. At least that's how it was last year.
 
I took the DAT back in January and there's no record of my DAT under "Official Scores." It says it may take two days to upload, but does anyone else have a record of their scores uploaded?? Just being a little paranoid right now :wideyed:.
 
i am uploading my courses right now and on AADSAS, it says to copy EXACTLY how it is shown on my transcript.

For some courses that are "full year" (is this 6 credits?) there is a A and B section. For example, CHEM112A in 2009 Fall, and CHEM112B in 2010 Winter.
However, for Chem112A, there is no grade(Shown as NG), units, or points in this column. There are grades, units and points given to Chem112B.

Do I still input chem 112A onto AADSAS? (I tried to do so, but had no option to select no grade).
Can I just input Chem 112B to represent the full year of chem?

I spoke with an AADSAS service rep and she said they submit everyone's scores at once to the application website. She didn't say how long this would take though.
 
Just a quick question on entering coursework...many of my courses that had labs are considered as two separate courses on my transcript, but the grade and unit value of both is combined and only shown for the lecture course.
Ex:
lecture - 4 credits, lab - 1 credit but written as:
"General Chemistry Lecture" CHE 101LEC --- 5 credits --- Grade: X
"General Chemistry Lab-Rec" CHE 101LBR --- 0 credits

How do I input this? I read somewhere on the forum to insert classes in the "Lec + Lab" format but I'm getting a tad confused.
 
In the course work section under "special classification" what do we put for just the regular class??
