Great... replacing entertaining BS questions with "slams head against table" BS questions

Eh, those systems-based-professionalism-whatever questions are usually the easiest part of boards. I'm sure most of my missed questions on the boards were the vignettes involving random-ass therapies I'd never heard of.

" You have a patient who comes in with x disorder. Choose 6 (and only 6) of a list of 10 therapies that could be used"

I've listed the ones from American Journal of Psychiatry, JAMA Psychiatry and Journal of Clinical Psychiatry, for example.
