I did this 2 years ago, but if it's the same thing AND my memory is intact, I believe it was just a typical job application and answering a bunch of questions related to gov't service (i.e., previous gov't employment, any felonies, any military service, etc). You could upload a resume, but they recommended you build one on there. I applied to another job on USAjobs earlier this year and just uploaded my CV and it was fine. When you pass that part, you will have to take an exam on site that will be more of the hypothetical corrections-related questions that all BOP employees have to take. I think you need an 80 to pass that one, and it's kind of tricky.

I wonder if they send out all tracks at the same time/same day? I applied to the general track and haven't heard anything.

I think many do it by track. I'm child track and all my site notifications so far have seemed to be separated from adult track.

I have been told (and have surmised some of this from reading) that while they are supposed to reject you, (a) some don't and (b) some wait until they're sure they have a bunch of confirmed interviews before sending out rejections. Which is to say that some sites may never officially reject you–although you're allowed to ask them if you want to know. And some sites will wait until Dec. 15th and send a mass rejection to everyone at that point (looking at last year's thread, it seems like a fair number do that).

I also got an invite from Emory. The e-mail specifically stated "Neuropsychology track," so I doubt general ones have gone out yet. I applied to the child/adult concentration, FWIW.
