That person was me, haha. Yeah I was asking about montefiore/Albert Einstein. Agreed-NY sites are so confusing. They all have so many different titles and affiliations and all start to sound the same after a while!

Just FYI, I have a friend who received a personal neuro invite for CHOP (letter specifically said Neuro) and Toronto Sick Kids (assessment track, but letter did not specify)

Haha I know! I applied to three site in NY and they all have such complicated names. I did get something from montefiore last week saying they would notify this week but I haven't heard anything...

has anyone used the "doodle" to schedule the LIJ-Adult interview? If so, did you receive any type of confirmation? I submitted my time but it was a bit unclear to me....
 
Did anybody here get an interview at OhioGuidestone? If so, have they replied to you about your interview date? Feel free to send me a message if you don't want to post publicly.

Don't know if Baylor has sent out peds yet, but I also haven't heard from them either way. Still in limbo like you.

Is there a process/etiquette for changing an interview date? If so, what is it?

Just in case, here's my follow-up question:
I want to try and see if someone is interviewing at the VA North Texas Health Care System (1573) in Dallas on January 12th and wants to switch to January 9th. That would save me a flight. If that's allowed and someone is willing to trade their January 12th date with my January 9th date, please let me know.

- Dr. Jingqing Liu, Senior Staff Psychologist and Practicum Coordinator at University of Oregon Counseling & Testing Center.

- Dr. Bong Joo Hwang, Assistant Director/Training Director at ASU Counseling Services at Arizona State University. Dr. Hwang has 11 years of working in college mental health, and 3 years as Training Director.

- Dr. Vivi Hua is the Clinical Director at the NY START program which receives funding from NYS and serves the OPWDD population (intellectual and developmental disability). The agency's name is Services for the UnderServed (SUS), and has about 2000+ staff members. Dr. Hua has 5 years of experience in community mental health settings, including working in a hospital.

- Dr. Shinye Kim is Assistant Professor in Department of Psychological Sciences at Texas Tech University. Dr. Kim completed all of her doctoral clinical training in hospital/medical settings.

This panel will be moderated by Dr. Jiyoon Lee, Psychologist at Counseling and Testing Center at University of Akron.

I did not receive a confirmation either- and of course I am obsessing if they got it. The email said if we are able to submit a request then we don't need to email to confirm but it did ask for my email address after I submitted my choice.

Doodle doesn't tend to give confirmations. I haven't seen your interface, but if it's giving you a screen that says "your response has been submitted" then you are fine and shouldn't stress about it. They've got your info and they'll probably email to confirm once they can. Of course, it's a little hard to buy a plane ticket without confirmation from them--but really would it be any worse if you had to wait for an email from an overworked training director?

Coping this week includes making a gingerbread house (from scratch) because there is nothing like creaming butter and sugar together as a method of procrastination for preparing for these interviews!

I haven't heard back from them about my interview date after I sent in my preferences last week.

Has anyone gotten rejections or additional phone call invites from UMass Medical (aside from invite phone calls on 12/1)?
 
Is anyone else still waiting for confirmation of their interview date from Green Chimneys? As of tomorrow we're only a week out from the first date, which was also my first choice! What should I do?

I haven't done this yet but after reading through here it seems appropriate to email a TD if you haven't heard and it's a few days past their notification deadline?
 
I don't know if this is the best place to put this, but if you're writing thank you notes, what do you put in them? I don't want to put anything that could be construed as ranking information, but I also want to convey appreciation and excitement.
