Anticipating receiving a rejection from this site today and already feeling 😢 How on earth does one stand out among nearly 400 applications when all of us are so qualified?

In other news, I keep answering the phone super enthusiastically for what turns out to be telemarketing calls 🤣

I did that this morning! I never answer the phone before 8:30 am but someone called at 7:30 and I jumped up to answer it... was someone offering me a 1000 dollars if I only give them my social security number
