Not a notification, but a question. I just got an email saying that my coursework on the APPA CAS application has been verified against my transcript. My concern is that my applications were due a few days ago, but it's just now getting verified even though APPIC has had my transcript for weeks. I know I'm probably worrying about nothing, but does anyone know if this has been an issue?

You should have received an email about this when you submitted your apps. Looks like this:

Congratulations!

You have successfully e-submitted your online application to APPA CAS.

Before your application can be placed in line for verification, your application must have a status of ”Complete” and be assigned a Complete Date. In order to become “Complete” APPA CAS requires the following:

1. Application is e-submitted and payment has been received.
2. All required transcripts and/or any required foreign transcript evaluation(s) have been received.
3. All required evaluations been completed.

The good news is, transcripts and letters of recommendation do not need to be received in order for an application to submit and be viewable by a program. Programs have the ability to review all applications submitted even if the entire application is not complete or verified.
