I am not sure but from what I have read, non-binding letters of intent are not given much consideration by schools like Cornell. I may be wrong.

But, it might be too late. I am sure they've made their decisions by now. I may be wrong, again.

prob doesnt help but certainly doesnt hurt.

i advise u wait until initial decisions get sent to maybe sway them (though this still imo will have minimal impact)

the only full ride im aware of is this dean's diversity scholarship that's for like 1 person i believe. otherwise, cornell is just debt-free. if you got money you wont get too much. if you're very low-income, you can expect full COA
