Would I still be able to apply for 2020 admission if I took my gre in December and have all pre reqs taken but A&P 2 and developmental psych which I’m gonna take in spring and retaking stats in summer. As of now have about 50 hours shadowing outpatient orthopedic and am currently shadowing pediatric PT, and plan to shadow other specialties and areas also or would it be better to apply 2021?

It’s possible, but it’s pretty late in the cycle to apply. Many deadlines have passed already, so you’d need to find a school that is still accepting applicants. Also, many programs require inpatient shadowing, so you would also need those hours as well.
