7/18.Congrats! When were you complete?
Mine was short like 25 minutes and the Dr just gave me 2 questions and I basically interviewed him. Idk if someone had the same experience. Don't know what to think about itIs anyone who interviewed willing to share a bit about their experience?
I would say its strong in bothis einstein more of a research heavy or service heavy school?
Y'all think there are still more II to come? Complete mid July 🙁
They will. They continued to send interview invites well into January last yearSame here! I really hope so 🙁
Yeah haha, it's tough to gauge the interview when it's so short and informal.anyone else feel really weird after their inteeview? idk what to think lol
I wore a T-shirt and many people were dressed similarly. It was just M1/M2s talking about life at the school. I wouldn't stress about attire for that considering its optional. For those who attended the Zoom Virtual Meet Up with the current students the week of their interview, what do you recommend wearing to this part of the interview day?
How was it? Can you expand on your experience with the interview?Yeah haha, it's tough to gauge the interview when it's so short and informal.
It was ~40 min long, very casual conversation. I left feeling good about the school and my interview. How was it? Can you expand on your experience with the interview?
I volunteered with a current student who had similar stats an experiences. They showed that they were a good "fit" in other ways, although I think they applied earlier in the cycle.Would it be worth applying here still? 509 and 3.9 GPA. Low research, high clinical, high volunteering.
Any suggestions on how to prepare for the interview?
review your application well!! 90% of my questions were about things on my activites/PSAny suggestions on how to prepare for the interview?
Been thinking about that a lot since my interview hahaha. The short/chill interviews like Einstein's are nice in the moment, but I also feel like the longer/more formal interviews I've had have let me do a better job of showing who I am. Feb 1 can't come quick enough!!My interview was so casual. Only 30 mins with only a few medicine related questions. A little confused on how they have only a ~40% post II acceptance rate with such chill interviews. How are they cutting the 60% of applicants? Fit and personality? Love the vibe of the school and definitely a top choice for me
They do go back probably and look at the application again and decide in conjunction with the interview. They do seem to interview quite a lot of applicants. My interview was so casual. It seems they send out at end of each month.Any recent interviews? Silence since 7/15
Dayum! At this hour?!OOS II! Complete 8/15. LizzyM 71.
Only for those who have interviewed alreadydo they accept update letters?
Was wondering this too. Also interviewed on 10/9. I'm definitely gonna send an update letter, but I'm not sure the right time to do so. I was thinking maybe in December, but I might just do it this week haha.Does anyone know how often the adcom meets? Trying to figure out if it's worth sending an update letter as a 10/9 interviewee. Not sure if the adcom already met and decided about me one way or another lol
casuallyHow did folks dress for the student info session in the afternoon? Casually or in interview attire?
**** i hope not.... complete 7/25 but havent heard back yet. In state. Are interviews in Jan essentially interviews for the wait list?
