If you previously submitted a primary application on AMCAS to a medical school but never submitted a secondary, do you need to answer "YES" or "NO" to the question, "*Have you applied to this medical school in previous years?" I would really appreciate someone's help! Thank you!

i was in the same position. i called and was told to check yes on AMCAS but not to write reapp essays bc i was never given a decision
 
Does anyone have any advice for the first secondary question?

When reflecting on the roles and responsibilities of a physician, please discuss what motivated your interest? What are potential challenges to pursuing a career in medicine?

I've been stuck on it for like a week.
 
Anyone else an EDP applicant and haven’t received an interview yet :/. It’s so scary getting an email every time now

Also something I think that’s interesting to share, I called Wayne admissions two months ago, and they said that for the EDP program they are no longer accepting Canadian international students. The reason why this is interesting is because last year the statistics that had the 30 people apply were mostly Canadian internationals, so the pool of applicants should theoretically be smaller for EDP this year. Who knows if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. We’ll have to see, I hate waiting 😁

haven’t got one yet but i’m waiting for new mcat score to come in so that’s why. current score does not meet threshold

I applied for EDP, and primaries were submitted on 7/15. I received secondaries on 7/16.
I haven't received an interview yet. I submitted my secondaries on 7/27.

Edp applicant, received interview invite today🙂. I’m SO annoyed though, when I first got the invite there were two dates to choose from, 8/19 and 8/23. I wasn’t sure which one to choose so I sat on it for a few hours and came back to see both of those days were already taken by others. The earliest day I could choose from was 9/4. I’m really annoyed I didn’t get to choose the earlier dates… Is 9/4 a late interview date??

Won't matter at all. You'll get a decision before any RD applicant anyways.
 
how long before i will know if i got in or not?
edit: google says october 15 is earliest, but does anyone know if that is the average or is it kind of spread out across many months after october?

Schools are not allowed to release their admission decision until October 15th. Unless you applied Early Decision.

so is there any benefit to getting a interview in august vs october 10th? i mean do they make the decision to admit a student a week after the interview and then let them know october 15th or do they all come together on october 14th and pick the winners from whos already interviewed?
