For #2, would it be wrong to address how healthcare workers might not be adequately trained or understand the more complex nature of healthcare for underserved/marginalized communities? I don't want to come across as negative regarding healthcare workers, but that is, in my opinion, part of "Why do these healthcare challenges exist."

While I agree with what you say and your reasoning, I would be careful because sometimes adcom members are non-physician healthcare workers and it might seem too didactic and teachy, if that makes sense, sort of the "I will be the one to make it better, no one else has type of thing" even though I know you do intend to convey such message. Dr.Gray has covered that sort of thing in one of his videos, I can look for the link, but he explained how to write about what you suggested without seeming negative.

That scared the **** out of me. My heart is still racing lol. This school is known for sending lots of emails though so I guess I’ll get used to it.

Anyone feeling neurotic or bad about today’s release. I felt the same after last weeks Jefferson and Georgetown II’s. Everyone’s time will come!

Looking at last years thread, they didn't start sending regular decision invites until September 22. They are much much earlier this cycle.

I'm not understanding the 2nd part of this question. When it asks about potential challenges to pursuing a career in medicine, would this literally be like cost of schooling, uncertainty of location for a large chunk of the future, etc? Or is it more nuanced than this?
