2025 Graduating Psychiatry Offers with average patient load

What are current offers that newer graduates are seeing/working? What are your patient loads, please specify if inpatient or outpatient. I know there is another thread about this but it is about 20pages deep so thought it would be good to have a 2025 update.

The other thread is still active and quite good. Marithealth.com has recent salary data. Generally 350k total comp is what is on there with around 160 salaries.
