208 on Step 1 - Am I still competitive for these specialties?

US IMG here. Just got my Step 1 score back the other day and I was a bit disappointed with a 208 considering my practice tests were consistently around 220. I was hoping to go into either IM, FM, or Psych. Do I still have a good shot at these?

Not psych as an IMG.
